Pat White is a member of the Board of Representatives, representing the 1st Dist. since 1993. Pat has a BA from New England College and a MA from Fairfield University. He is a History teacher at West Hill High School.

Richard Lyons

Richard Lyons is a member of the Board of Representatives, representing the 1st Dist. since 1999. He is the Chairman of the Public Safety and Health Committee and the Deputy Majority Leader. Rich has a BA in English from Northeastern University and works in sales and distribution. Richard, his wife and three children live on Shippan Ave, and his children attend Stamford public schools.

John Boccuzzi

John Boccuzzi has been a member of the Board of Representatives since 1967, representing the 2nd dist. He has served in the leadership position of Majority Leader for 29 years.

John served in the U.S. Army from 1943-1945 and he is the recipient of two Bronze Stars and the Purple Heart.

Annie Summerville

Annie currently represents the 6 th District on the Board of Representatives where she has served since December 1, 1977. She was elected Clerk of the Board on December 3, 1979 and has served consecutively in that capacity. She has been the Chairwoman of the Board's Black Caucus for the past twenty four years.

Annie is a past president of the Yerwood Center and the Yerwood Center 's Women's Club. She is a member of Stamford Center for the Arts Advisory Group as well as a member of the St. John's Urban Development Corporation. Annie is involved in the restoration of and planning for Stamford 's Old Town Hall as a member of the Old Town Hall Committee.

Ms. Summerville is a member of Stamford 's Democratic City Committee, currently serving as its Correspondence Secretary. She has served as past president and is a member of the Democratic City Women's Club.

Ms. Summerville has received numerous awards from various distinguished community organizations including the NAACP, the Yerwood Center, AFSCME, Local 1199 and the Dr. Martin Luther King Day Committee.

Eileen Heaphy

Eileen Heaphy currently is a member of The Board of Representatives, representing the 8th District. She serves as Chair of the State and Commerce Committee. Eileen was born, raised and educated in Connecticut ( St. Joseph College ). She has a lifetime of public service, including 26 years as a US diplomat in Washington and abroad. She was the Executive Director of the Stamford World Affairs Forum and served on the Stamford Environmental Protection Board. Eileen has been active in the community as a member of the Stamford Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council of Fairfield County, Friends of the Stamford Symphony, the East Side Partnership, and the Cove Neighborhood Association. She is the founder of the Irish American Democrats in Connecticut. She has two daughters, Jackie, and Annie.

Phil Giordano

Phil Giordano is currently a member of The Board of Representatives, representing the 10th Dist. since 1995. He serves on the Fiscal, Transportation, Housing and Steeering Committees. Phil attended Stamford public schools and the JM Wright Technical School. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and is the recipient of the Meritorious citattion from the Vietnam Veterans Agent Orange Victims.  Phil retired from a career with the City of Stamford public schools and served for 14 years as a member of the Stamford Fire and Rescue Dept. 

Phil has a long and distinguished history of community service. He serves on the Board of Directors of CTE, Inc. and the O.H.C. American Legion Post. For nearly a decade he coached American Legion Baseball and in 1991 received city and state proclamations for outstanding service to Stamford 's youth.

John Zelinsky

John R. Zelinsky is a member of Stamford’s Board of Representatives since 1977 serving the 11th District. He is Chairman of the Operations Committee and is a member of Legislative & Rules, Public Safety & Health; Transportation and Steering committees.
